Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g yourt, with 1.8% fat
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 400 g strawberries, fresh, alternatively frozen raspberries
  • some chocolate flakes
  • 4 teaspoon, heaped sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Put the yoghurt, sugar and quark in another bowl and mix briefly with the mixer. Fold the cream into the yogurt quark mixture. Season the sugar again and season again if necessary. Quarter the strawberries and stir into the cream.
  2. Distribute in small bowls, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
