Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumber (s)
  • salt
  • 500 g yourt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mint
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped, fresh
  • water

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes (remove the seeds if necessary). Place the cucumber pieces in a sieve and sprinkle with a little salt so that the resulting liquid can drain off.
  2. Mix the yogurt with enough water until it is nice and creamy. Peel the garlic cloves and mash them with a little salt.
  3. Put the drained cucumber in a bowl and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
