Ingredients

  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g sheep cheese
  • 2 teaspoons parsley (frozen)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

  1. Mash the sheep`s cheese, finely chop the garlic. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
  2. We like it very well with minced meat rolls or other meat dishes.
