Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberries or raspberries or
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 250 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • possibly desiccated coconut or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mash the fruits with a fork or puree them with a blender. Then add the lemon juice, milk, yogurt and honey or sugar. Whisk everything together to make a yogurt mix.
  2. Tip: You can also add 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
