Ingredients

  • 2 kg yoghurt, Greek, high fat content, leave to drain for -3 hours
  • 100 g almond (s), blanched, rouhly chopped
  • 100 g pistachios, unsalted, without shell, rouhly chopped
  • 5 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Roast the almonds and pistachios until golden. Don`t let it burn! Mix the honey and cinnamon in a bowl, fold in the roasted nuts.
  2. Season the yogurt with cardamom and portion. Put honey with nuts on each serving. Serve immediately.
  3. Instead of Greek yogurt you can use natural yogurt with at least 3.7% fat or cream yogurt. Bulgarian yogurt is not suitable.
