Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can mango (s), or fresh
  • 1 small Glass peppers, or fresh peppers
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 teaspoon poultry stock, instant
  • Curry powder
  • Garam Masala
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat cut into strips with the oil. Add the diced onion and let it stew until translucent. Now season the meat with the specified spices. Add the water, coconut milk and instant stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Finally, add the chopped mango and the pepper strips and let them warm up briefly.
  2. Of course, you can also use fresh mango and fresh peppers. However, they then have to be added earlier so that they can cook too. Season again with salt.
  3. Basmati rice is served with it.
