Ingredients

  • 200 g quark
  • 100 g suar
  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 bottle flavor, (orange flavor)
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • Raisins and sugar sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Make a quark oil batter from the first 10 ingredients. In other words, mix all the ingredients together vigorously by hand or in the food processor.
  2. Because roll out the dough on a floured worktop 1 cm thick. Cut out a goose shape from a cardboard box and cut 15 geese out of the dough using the template!
  3. Place these geese on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees top and bottom heat for 15 minutes!
  4. After cooling, make a glaze from the lemon juice and powdered sugar and glaze the geese with it, then use raisins as eyes to decorate or simply decorate with sugar sprinkles!
