  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 5 large potato (s)

  • paprika powder
  • 1 stock cube
  • 500 ml water, hot

Instructions

  1. First peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and core the peppers and cut into small cubes or strips.
  2. Put a dash of sunflower oil in the hot pan and fry the mince in it.
  3. As soon as the meat turns brown, add the paprika and turn the temperature down, for example from level 9 to level 4. Season with salt and pepper and season well. It shouldn`t be seasoned too much, as the broth also gives off a lot of flavor. Simmer for about 5 minutes and then mix the hot water with the stock cube and add to the pan. Put the lid on and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the potatoes, add stock if necessary and simmer again until the potatoes are cooked through.
  4. If you like, you can, for example, sprinkle fresh parsley on it when serving.
  5. Tip: The whole thing is also possible as a casserole.
