Ingredients

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 butter-vanilla flavor
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  2. Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks to the butter mixture. Add the quark and vanilla pudding powder to the mixture and stir in well. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the amount. Place half of the batter in a separate bowl. Fold in the cocoa and the butter-vanilla flavor.
  3. Now use large spoons to alternate the light and dark dough in a round silicone mold. Repeat the process until the batter is used up. At the end, smooth out the dough.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° top and bottom heat for about 1 hour. Then let it rest for about 20 minutes with the oven door open. Then fall.
  5. The cake sinks a lot after baking. Don`t be frightened, that`s intentional.
