Instead of the usual cheesecakes, I propose to cook such curd zrazy with jam.

Ingredients
Cottage cheese – 400 g
Eggs – 1 pcs.
Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
Flour – 0.5-1 glass
Jam – 5-6 tbsp
Directions
Mix the sugar cottage cheese and eggs.
Then add flour and knead the dough. The amount of flour may vary depending on the moisture content of the curd. The finished dough should be soft but stick well.
Sprinkle flour on the table. Divide the dough into pieces the size of a large plum. Form a cake. Put 0.5-1 teaspoon of the filling.
Then carefully seal the edges so that all the filling is inside.
To boil water. Dip the zrazy in boiling water and cook at a medium boil for 5 minutes. They should pop up.
Then heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the zrazy over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on one side. Then gently turn the zrazy and fry them on the other side for another 5 minutes.
