  1. Wash the potatoes and boil in their skins until tender. Cool and clean. Pass through a meat grinder.
  2. Boil the fish in salted water until tender, cool, divide into pieces. Can be ground in a blender.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  4. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Fry the onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Mix fish with fried onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well. The filling is ready.
  6. Mash the potatoes again, add salt, sugar, pepper, and flour. Mix well.

  9. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil (about 2 tablespoons). Dip the potato zrazy with fish in flour and put in a frying pan.
  10. Fry the zrazy over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  11. Serve the potato grains warm.
