Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrot (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g pasta, small ones
- 250 ml Cremefine or condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder, homemade or e.g., from Naturana
- 150 g chicken, e.., Hühnchenkasseler
- salt and pepper

- Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots and cut both types of vegetables into small cubes, approx. 0.5 cm in size. Heat a large pan with the oil and sweat the two vegetables in it.
- Cook the pasta at the same time and after 5 minutes pour a dash of pasta water over the fried vegetables. Mix the dash of pasta water with the vegetable stock powder and cook for a few more minutes. Chop the meat, mix in, heat and deglaze with the cremefine.
- Drain the cooked pasta and also mix with the vegetable pan. Season the dish with salt and pepper and, depending on the children`s preferences, a little garlic.
- The pan is sufficient for 4 children and a not-too-hungry childminder. You can transform it into a fish pan with salmon, smoked salmon is very suitable.
