Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g pasta, small ones
  • 250 ml Cremefine or condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder, homemade or e.g., from Naturana
  • 150 g chicken, e.., Hühnchenkasseler
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots and cut both types of vegetables into small cubes, approx. 0.5 cm in size. Heat a large pan with the oil and sweat the two vegetables in it.
  2. Cook the pasta at the same time and after 5 minutes pour a dash of pasta water over the fried vegetables. Mix the dash of pasta water with the vegetable stock powder and cook for a few more minutes. Chop the meat, mix in, heat and deglaze with the cremefine.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta and also mix with the vegetable pan. Season the dish with salt and pepper and, depending on the children`s preferences, a little garlic.
  4. The pan is sufficient for 4 children and a not-too-hungry childminder. You can transform it into a fish pan with salmon, smoked salmon is very suitable.
