Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and carrot. Cut the zucchini into pieces. If necessary, clean the carrot and cut each into 1 x 1 x 2 cm long sticks.
  2. Heat the olive oil, add the carrot pieces and fry them until they are very lightly browned all over and are, so to speak, al dente. Then add the zucchini pieces and fry them briefly. When the zucchini pieces are slightly brown in some places, season lightly with salt and pepper from the mill.
  3. Fits e.g., goes well with fried fish.
