Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the onion and sauté in a pan with oil. Chop the zucchini and carrots into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan, season with a little salt and pepper and fry briefly.
  2. Pour the vegetable stock over it, bring to the boil and then stir in the tomato paste. Let simmer for a few minutes. Goes well with pasta and rice.
