Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon basil, chopped
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 800 g zucchini
  • 125 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips and mix with lemon juice, basil and soy sauce and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the meat in it. Wash the zucchini well, cut into cubes (approx. 2 cm), add and cook for about 10 minutes. Then pour in the cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Rice tastes good with it.
