Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini, or 2 small ones
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 250 g pasta, (Spirelli or Penne)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Roughly dice the zucchini and onion, slice the mushrooms, finely chop the garlic, brown everything in olive oil and then stir in the crème fraîche. Simmer on a low flame for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and season to taste, add the finished noodles to the pan and stir again.
