Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini, tomato and spring onion into cubes and sauté lightly in a non-stick pan with a little water. The bottom of the pan should only be lightly covered with water. If you want, you can fry the vegetables with a little oil.
  2. Then add the egg and season with a little salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and continue frying until the egg is firm enough.
