- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- some stalks parsley, basil, chives
- 2 cloves garlic

- Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces. Also cut the onion and avocado into small pieces. Press the garlic cloves and mix everything together. Stir in the cream cheese and add the chopped herbs to taste.
