Zucchini Baked in the Oven with Cheese

Such zucchini, baked in the oven with cheese at home, are easy to prepare, but they turn out to be very tasty. It can be served both for a holiday and just to please the household! Juicy and easy!

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 3 Pieces (I have zucchini)
  • Tomato – 1 Piece
  • Hard cheese – 100 Grams
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Spices – To taste
  • Oil – To taste

Directions

  1. Thoroughly wash and dry the zucchini. We cut each lengthwise into two or four parts (depending on the size). Lubricate with oil, rub with salt. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
  2. Cut the tomato into thin slices and spread over the zucchini with cheese. Then mix the remaining grated cheese with breadcrumbs and spices, sprinkle the dish generously with it.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
