Zucchini Casserole with Melted Cheese

There are a lot of zucchini dishes, but you will definitely want to cook this casserole more than once. The easy-to-prepare zucchini casserole with melted cheese will certainly delight you with its delicate taste. The great vegetable dish for dinner.

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 500 g
  • Processed cream cheese – 180 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

For greasing and dusting the mold:

  • Butter – 10 g
  • Flour – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini into circles or semicircles. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  2. Put onion and zucchini in a bowl, salt, and pepper to taste. Add vegetable oil and mix. Cut the cheese into slices.
  3. Put the slices of cheese to the vegetables and mix. We turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
  4. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a saucepan and, stirring constantly, heat until the cheese is almost melted. Break the eggs into a bowl and shake.
  5. Pour eggs into a saucepan with zucchini. We mix. Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  6. Put the contents of the pan into a mold. Cooking zucchini with cheese and eggs in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Let the finished zucchini casserole cool slightly.
  7. Serve hot zucchini casserole to the table.
