  • 750 g minced beef

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water, then drain the water. Heat the milk and add to the potatoes, refine with a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of butter and mash everything into mashed potatoes.
  2. Wash and dice the zucchini. Fry in hot clarified butter in a large pan, add the ham, pepper with plenty of pepper and add a chopped clove of garlic.

  4. Grease a large baking dish, pour in the minced meat, spread the zucchini on top, spread the mashed potatoes on the zucchini and put flakes of butter on top. Baked golden brown in the oven preheated to 200 ° in about 20 minutes.
