We offer you an alternative version of chips – zucchini chips baked in the oven. Zucchini chips are also suitable for those who adhere to proper nutrition.
Ingredients
Young zucchini – 1 pc.
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Seasoning for vegetable dishes – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Directions
We prepare the ingredients needed for squash chips according to the list of the indicated products. For these chips, you need to use a young zucchini in which seeds have not yet formed. We also need a grate (available in the oven) and parchment paper.
Rinse young zucchini under cool running water. Dry the zucchini with a towel. For chips, the squash should be cut into thin slices. It is more convenient to use a special grater for chopping vegetables.
Place a piece of baking parchment on a wire rack. Sprinkle salt and vegetable seasoning on the paper.
Sprinkle olive oil on the paper.
Place the squash circles on the parchment.
Sprinkle a little more salt and seasoning on top of the zucchini and drizzle with oil.
Send the grill with zucchini to the preheated oven. Cooking time for zucchini chips is about 1 hour at a moderate temperature.
Cool the finished squash chips completely and serve.
