Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 3 egg (s), separated
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 40 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 20 g cocoa powder, instant, e.., Kaba
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 450 g zucchini

Also:

  • some fat and flour for the mold
  • 150 g strawberry jam
  • 1 pack chocolate icing, whole milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon into a dough and knead well. Chop the zucchini and add to the batter. Beat the egg whites into egg whites, carefully fold in and place the dough in a greased and floured springform pan. Bake the cake at 170 degrees top / bottom heat for about 35 minutes.
  2. When the cake is completely cold, carefully remove it from the mold. Divide the cake horizontally, spread the strawberry jam and put it back together again. Prepare the chocolate icing according to the instructions on the packet and distribute it evenly on the cake, without saving.
