  • 1 liter vinegar
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 3 tablespoon salt, teaspoon cucumber spice
  • 3 zucchini, larger ones
  • 2 cucumber (s)
  • 12 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Bring the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and cucumber spice to the boil. Peel and core the zucchini, peel the cucumber, core the paprika and peel the onion. Dice the vegetables and mix everything in a large bowl. Top up with the hot liquid.
