  • 1 small zucchini
  • 3 spring onions with green
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream (15%)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic powder
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the stem and grate into quarters on the gourmet slicer. Wash the spring onions and cut into small rings with the greens. Mix the quark with salt, pepper, cream and the cayenne pepper until smooth. Now mix in the zucchini and spring onions.
