Instructions

1. Grate the zucchini into fine slices and put them in a sealable tin with the olive oil and spices. Shake the vegetables well. Spread the zucchini grated on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the tray in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Depending on how finely it was grated, it may also be shorter. Always keep an eye on the zucchini slices so they don`t turn black.
