Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium onion (s), cut in half rings
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 300 ml tomato ketchup
  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the bacon, add the onions and let it translate. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and remove if necessary. Remove the seeds inside with a spoon. Cut the unpeeled into half rings and add to the lightly browned minced meat. Remove the seeds from the chilli pepper and cut it into tiny pieces, add. Fry for approx. 5 minutes over medium heat. Now add a bottle of pure tomato ketchup (unseasoned), fill the bottle with water and add this too. Season to taste with approx. 1 tablespoon curry and possibly pepper and salt. Let simmer again for about 5 minutes.
  3. Rice goes well with it.
