Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 glass Letscho
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion (if you don`t like one, you can leave it out), fry the minced meat until crispy, add the onion. Wash the zucchini, cut in half, remove the seeds if necessary and cut into cubes. Add to the minced meat, sauté briefly, add tomato paste. When everything is nicely mixed, add the Letscho, fill up with milk (makes the whole thing milder, you can vary the amount according to taste). Finally, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Thyme gives the pan that special kick and should not be missing under any circumstances. Let it steep for another 8-10 minutes and a quick and very tasty meal is ready.
