Zucchini Muffins with Sausage

The muffins are very juicy and tasty. They should be served immediately after cooking. They are best combined with hot sauces. Try it out, the recipe is pretty simple.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Sausage – 50 Grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Salt – To taste
  • Soda – 1 Pinch
  • Flour – 1.5-2 Art. spoons

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Wash, peel and grate the zucchini on a fine grater.
  3. Beat an egg into it.
  4. Add the sausage, which is cut into cubes.
  5. Add salt, baking soda and flour
  6. Mix everything very well.
  7. Divide the squash into silicone molds.
  8. Send them to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Remove the finished muffins from the molds.
  10. Serve them to the table.
