  • 500 g zucchini
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini and mushrooms into slices. Dice the onions and garlic and brown in the oil. Add the mushrooms and zucchini and fry “al dente” for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and finally add the parsley.
