Zucchini Noodles with Stewed Tomatoes

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Then mix in a baking dish with a little olive oil and stew in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and cut into strips with a kitchen peeler. The zucchini strips are supposed to represent the pasta. Now fry the noodles in a pan with olive oil and the garlic and season well with salt and pepper. The zucchini strips don`t take long. It is important that they are still firm to the bite.
When the tomatoes are ready, season them with oregano.
Now first arrange the zucchini strips on the plates and place the tomatoes on top. Then the basil leaves are torn by hand and poured over the pasta with a little grated Parmesan.
