  • 4 small zucchini
  • 18 king prawns
  • 12 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini as they will be used unpeeled. Use the peeler to cut the zucchini into narrow strips until you reach the kernels. The strips look like green ribbon noodles.
  2. Then fry the prawns in oil. You can also use garlic or another oil for it. Just before the prawns are done, put them on a plate and put the chopped tomatoes, the diced onion and the can of chopped tomatoes in the same pan. After 2 minutes on medium to high temperature, add the shrimp back to the sauce. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes while the zucchini noodles are poured with boiling salted water. Let it steep for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Then it can be served.
