Zucchini Pie

The delicate taste of a zucchini casserole with cheese and garlic will appeal not only to zucchini lovers. Zucchini gives the pie juiciness, and cheese with garlic gives the aroma that is felt in the house while cooking.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 400 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Water – 80 ml
  • Flour – 170-200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut the courgettes into thin slices.
  2. Shake eggs with salt and pepper. Add chopped garlic and onion. Add flour, beat with a whisk.
  3. Pour in milk and water. Mix. Add zucchini to the dough, mix. Pour in grated cheese, mix again.
  4. Grease a 20×30 cm form with vegetable oil. Put the dough into a mold and distribute evenly.
  5. Bake the zucchini and cheese pie until blush at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Zucchini casserole pie is ready.
