Ingredients

  • 125 g quark
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Press the quark dry with a kitchen towel and mix with oil, milk, flour, baking powder and a little salt to form a dough.
  2. Grease a springform pan and roll out the dough in it and pull up one edge.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in the olive oil, press the garlic and add.
  4. Cut the zucchini into narrow wedges, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  5. Add the zucchini and mushrooms to the onion, season with salt, pepper and oregano and add the cream, simmer for a while. Then pour off the liquid and distribute the filling on the dough.
  6. Puree the egg, milk, sheep`s cheese and grated cheese and pour over the filling. Bake at 180-200 ° for approx. 30 minutes.
