Zucchini roll with minced chicken is an original in appearance and taste appetizer that will decorate the dining table. The dish turns out to be very tender due to the cream and sour cream in the minced meat, and the egg-squash crust with a cheese layer in the roll is a juicy taste accent of this appetizer.

Ingredients
Zucchini – 1 pc.
Minced chicken – 300 g
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Onions – 50 g
Garlic – 3 cloves
Cream (10-20% fat) – 100 ml
Sour cream (20% fat) – 100 ml
Hard cheese – 100 g
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
We prepare products. In the cooking process, we need parchment paper.
Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
Put the zucchini in a bowl, salt and mix. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Break eggs into a bowl, add salt.
Beat the eggs in a fluffy foam using a mixer.
Cover a baking sheet 18×27 cm with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil.
Put the zucchini on a baking sheet.
Fill with egg foam. We send to the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Pass the garlic through a press.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Put the minced meat to the onion and garlic, salt and pepper. Fry, breaking the lumps, for 5-7 minutes.
Pour cream into the minced meat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Then add sour cream and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Let the finished cake cool. Do not turn off the oven.
We remove the parchment from the roll. Three cheese on a coarse grater directly on the cake.
Spread the minced meat evenly.
We roll up the cake with minced meat and cheese roll.
We spread the roll in a mold and send it to the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let the finished roll cool. Zucchini roll with minced chicken is ready.
Then cut the roll into portions and serve.
