Ingredients

  • 10 cup zucchini, finely grated
  • 4 cup (s) onion (s), finely grated
  • 5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 bell pepper (green), finely grated
  • 1 red pepper (s), finely grated
  • 4 cup / s sugar
  • 2 ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the zucchini, onions and salt well and let stand overnight.
  2. Drain the next day. Add the remaining ingredients and mix in, bring everything to the boil and let it steep for 15 minutes. Fill into (well-cleaned) jam jars and close.
  3. However, it is better to boil the glasses in the saucepan for another 15 minutes.
