Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • possibly herbs, fresh, frozen
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, sauté in olive oil, press through the garlic cloves and sauté. Cut the zucchini into small cubes and briefly toast with the onions. Pour on the cream and stir in the creme fraiche. Let simmer a little. Season to taste with the spices.
  2. We prefer to eat penne with it and freshly grated parmesan on top.
