Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 shallot (s) or onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g ham, (lean cooked ham)
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml milk
  • 500 g pasta, fresh taliatelle or other
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese, freshly grated
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and grate roughly. Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat the oil and sauté the onion briefly. Add zucchini and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and milk and simmer gently for approx. 5 minutes. Cut the ham into small cubes and add.
  2. Season the vegetable mixture vigorously and mix in the fresh pasta. Let it boil again briefly. Finished.
  3. You can also take normal noodles, boil them separately and then mix them in.
  4. Put the grated cheese on the plate.
