Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s), for brushing

Instructions

  1. Peel the zucchini, cut into small cubes, chop the onion and sauté in the pan. Add zucchini and sprinkle with soup cubes, season with salt, pepper and herb salt. Cut the ham into small pieces and add. Fry everything well and then let it cool down. Then stir in eggs and half of the cheese.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Apply the filling and roll it up. Brush the strudel with egg and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 170 ° C fan oven for approx. 35 min.
