Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 ml sour cream or sour cream
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • some basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a round cake pan (I used a tart pan) with the dough. Cut the zucchini into slices and line the pastry base with it in a circle. Halve, core and dice the tomatoes. Spread on the zucchini. Mix the eggs with the sour cream or sour cream, a little salt and pepper and the grated cheese and pour over the vegetables. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  2. The quiche is enough for 2 people without a side dish and for 4 people with a rich salad. A fine dish for a mild summer evening with a light white wine.
