Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 large onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 zucchini
  • 500 g tomato (s), fresh, peeled, or 1 r. Tin tomatoes
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • herbs Provence
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic and onions and fry them in olive oil in a hot pan,
  2. Cut the zucchini into slices and add to the fried garlic and onions,
  3. now add the diced, peeled tomatoes. Let the whole simmer, season to taste and stir in the tomato paste!
  4. The zucchini sauce tastes best when it has pulled something!
  5. It goes well with almost all types of pasta and can be refined with Italian hard cheese!
