Instructions

  1. Peel the vegetables and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly sweat the onions and garlic cloves in it. Add the bell pepper, zucchini and tomato sauce and season well. Finally stir in the cream.
  3. Bake the cheese in a non-stick pan without oil.
  4. Arrange everything on plates and serve.
