Zucchini with Bacon

Make some delicious bacon zucchini. A quick and tasty solution to the problem!

Servings: 1-2
Ingredients
- Zucchini – 4 Pieces (young)
- Bacon – 8 Slices
- Hard cheese – 150 Grams
- Olive oil – 1
- Spicy Herbs – 1 Pinch
Directions
- Wash the courgettes first. Cut them in half. Season with salt, sprinkle with herbs.
- Then fry the courgettes on both sides.
- Place the zucchini on a baking sheet. Put a slice of bacon on top of each. We put to bake in the oven, temperature 180 degrees. We bake zucchini until cooked.
- Sprinkle the hot zucchini with cheese on top.
