Ingredients

  • 6 zucchini, (total approx. 1200g)
  • 1 packet tuna spread
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 dl vegetable broth (homemade or stir broth cubes / powder accordingly)
  • a little salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare tuna spread.
  2. Chop the onion and mix it with the tuna spread.
  3. Halve the zucchini lengthways and, if necessary, cut in half or quarter across, hollow out with a spoon or ball cutter to about 1cm edge and lightly (!) Salt Roughly chop the hollowed out and set aside.
  4. Place the zucchini halves or quarters in an ovenproof dish and fill with the tuna spread. Place the hollowed out between them, pour the stock into the mold and sprinkle the grated cheese over the zucchini.
  5. Bake the form in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 - 40 minutes. Possibly cover the last 10 minutes with aluminum foil.
  6. Goes well with: fresh bread, garlic bread or wild rice.
