  • 350 g flour

  • 220 g butter
  • 250 g quark
  • 160 g suar

  • 9 tablespoon oil
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 470 g flour
  • 750 g plums or plums, approx.

Instructions

  1. For the crumble mix 350 g flour and 250 g sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon, stir in 220 g melted butter and chill.
  2. For the dough, mix 250 g quark, 160 g sugar, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoon milk, 9 tablespoon oil, vanilla sugar and baking powder and knead with 470 g flour to form a dough. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet and cover with the pitted and halved plums. Now distribute the sprinkles on top.
  3. Bake at approx. 165 ° C (hot air or 180 ° C top / bottom heat) for about 40 - 50 minutes without preheating.
