Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles, e.. spiral, penne or ribbon noodles
  • 2 cups cream, 00 g each
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon broth, instant

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions.
  2. Quarter the boiled ham, then cut into narrow strips and fry in a saucepan, not too long, otherwise it will be too dry. Take the ham out of the pot. Then let the margarine become liquid in the same pot and make a roux with the flour. Bring the cream to the boil and season with salt, pepper and instant broth. If the sauce is too thick, add the milk.
