The restaurant’s kitchen is run by the talented Chef Yannick Alléno, whose innovative approach to culinary has done a great job: in 2003, Le Meurice in Paris had one Michelin star, and today there are three. Le Train Bleu

The restaurant right in the Gare de Lyon is a time machine. The name translates as “Blue Express”. In 1901, it was an ordinary buffet, then it became a full-fledged restaurant, and today it is one of the best restaurants in the city. Its appearance can completely leave you speechless: gilded stucco on the ceiling, luxurious sparkling chandeliers, furniture upholstered in natural leather, antique candlesticks, frescoes.  As if you are not at the train station but at visit Versailles.
