Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 1 glass asparagus (approx. 200 g drained weight), finely chopped
  • 1 shot white wine
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • salt
  • Flour
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Sweat the onion cubes in a little melted butter. Add the chicken and fry. Season with salt and pepper and dust with a little flour.
  3. Mix the hollandaise sauce with the grained vegetable broth and deglaze the onion and chicken breast mixture with it. Add the sour cream and let it boil down briefly. Stir in the asparagus cut into small pieces, the peas and the white wine and heat again briefly.
  4. Crunchy long-grain rice or noodles taste great as a side dish.
