Ingredients

  • 1 packet gnocchi
  • 200 g scampi (also frozen)
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 small chilli pepper (s), dried, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cream
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon processed cheese, also reduced-fat if you like
  • some parsley
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Put the gnocchi in about 2 liters of boiling salted water and let it steep. Remove when they rise (after approx. 3 minutes). Then set aside and keep warm.
  2. Fry the scampi in a large pan. Add garlic and chilli and deglaze with cream. Let thicken on low heat for about 5 minutes. Then stir in white wine, tomato paste, processed cheese and chopped parsley and season with salt.
  3. Pour the sauce on the gnocchi and serve.
