- Mix the eggs with the powdered sugar for about 10 minutes until frothy. Then add the hazelnuts and mix well again. Put the finished dough mixture in a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.
